She’s a kitten that I got from a person for free and the first night she was eating kitten wet food and dry. But 3 days ago she’s not wasting she’s very alert and she drinks water but I’ve noticed she was throwing up like saliva. She’s just very mellow and sleeps alot. She fallows me everywhere and wants to be petted. She was used to being with her 8 siblings so maybe she’s sad or what’s wrong with her should I wait for the vet?

It sounds like your kitten might be feeling a bit stressed due to the recent changes in her environment, especially since she's used to being with her siblings. Separation anxiety can often lead to behaviors such as following you around and seeking constant attention. However, her vomiting and loss of appetite are concerning and could suggest other issues, like a mild gastrointestinal upset or stress-related problems.

Here are a few things you can try at home to help her:

Firstly, create a comforting and secure space for her. A cozy, quiet area with a small bed or a box lined with a blanket can provide her with a sense of security. It's also important to monitor her eating and drinking habits. Make sure she continues to drink water, and try offering small amounts of her favorite wet food to encourage her to eat.

Spending gentle, quality time with her can help her adjust, but it's equally important to give her some alone time to explore and get comfortable in her new surroundings. Additionally, keep an eye out for any other symptoms, such as diarrhea, more vomiting, or lethargy.

If her condition doesn't improve or if it worsens, I recommend consulting a veterinarian. They can help rule out any underlying health issues and provide the appropriate care. If you have any further questions or need more assistance, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
