She has a hard stomach and is pooping a lot of runny stuff. I think she is pregnant but I don’t know how to tell. The only thing I know is to check for pink on her stomach things or for milk.

At 20 years old, it's quite uncommon for a cat to be pregnant, as most cats have moved past their reproductive years by that age. The symptoms you're noticing, such as diarrhea and a hard stomach, could point to other health concerns rather than pregnancy.
A hard stomach and diarrhea might indicate gastrointestinal upset, constipation, or potentially more serious conditions like organ dysfunction, which can be more prevalent in older cats. It's crucial to keep a close eye on her for any changes in behavior, appetite, or additional symptoms such as vomiting or lethargy.
For home care, make sure she stays well-hydrated, as diarrhea can lead to dehydration. You might consider offering her a bland diet, like boiled chicken and rice, to help settle her stomach. If the diarrhea has stopped, that's a positive sign, but continue to monitor her for any recurrence.
If you suspect she might be pregnant, watch for signs such as an increased appetite, nesting behavior, or changes in her nipples, like becoming more prominent or pink. However, given her age, these signs might not be as reliable.
Should her symptoms persist or worsen, or if you're still concerned about the possibility of pregnancy, it would be wise to consult a veterinarian. They can perform a thorough examination and possibly an ultrasound to rule out pregnancy or other health issues.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
