I'm sorry to hear that your dog is experiencing these symptoms. Bloody diarrhea and vomiting, along with a decrease in urination and lethargy, are concerning signs that could indicate a serious condition such as a gastrointestinal infection, ingestion of a toxin, or even a more severe systemic issue.
Given that these symptoms have been ongoing for two days and include blood in the diarrhea, it's important to seek immediate veterinary care. Dehydration is a significant risk with both diarrhea and vomiting, especially if your dog isn't drinking or urinating much. The lethargy and loss of appetite further suggest that she needs professional evaluation and treatment.
In the meantime, ensure she has access to fresh water to prevent dehydration. Avoid giving any more anti-diarrheal medications until she's been seen by a veterinarian, as they might mask symptoms or interfere with diagnosis.
Please take her to a veterinarian as soon as possible for a thorough examination and appropriate treatment. If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
