We believe she might eat some chocolate

Vomiting clear liquid multiple times a day, diarrhea, loss of appetite, and weight loss in a one-month-old puppy is very concerning, especially if there's a possibility she ate chocolate. Chocolate toxicity can cause vomiting, diarrhea, restlessness, tremors, and even seizures, depending on the amount and type.
At just a month old, her immune system is weak, and dehydration can set in quickly. Puppies this young have little body fat, so losing weight rapidly is dangerous.
One possibility is parvovirus, a highly contagious and deadly virus in unvaccinated puppies. It causes severe vomiting and diarrhea, often with a foul smell and sometimes blood. If Lassie has not had vaccinations yet, this is a major concern.
Other possibilities include bacterial infections, parasites like giardia, or dietary issues. If she ate something toxic besides chocolate or has a food intolerance, this could cause ongoing vomiting and diarrhea. Puppies also sometimes eat random objects, which can lead to blockages in the intestines.
For now, she needs fluids to prevent dehydration. You can offer unflavored Pedialyte or a homemade electrolyte solution (1 liter of water, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 2 tablespoons sugar). Feed small amounts of bland food like boiled chicken and rice. Keep her warm, as weak puppies struggle to regulate body temperature.
She's still young, so three days of symptoms could be fatal. If possible, I recommend taking him to the vet to determine the exact cause and condition.
