This is not a case that requires a visit to a vet clinic or the ER. However, you need to keep a close eye on it.
It is best to prescribe flea medication and limit the use of other medications for a day or two.
These two drugs do not cross-react with each other, but are metabolized in the liver and may have adverse effects on each other.
Allergic reactions are relieved when the allergen is removed.
Unless your dog's allergic reaction is severe (severe shortness of breath, swelling of the eyes, extreme itching, etc.), limit theuse of Benadryl.
